Kitchen
New Kitchen 2013: granite tops, 2 fridges, range, microwave, dishwasher and a large larder. Very well equipped for those who are culinary inclined as this is our family house.
Parlour
The kitchen leads on to our lovely parlour with Delabole flags. There's a big fridge, bar sink, glasses/mugs and laundry equipment.
Dining Room
The parlour leads onto the dining room which overlooks the beach and seats 14. New linen curtains in 2016.
....we even have a few chairs pilfered from Boodles!
Hallway
Master bedroom
Double. Looks out to sea/beach. All bedrooms have a sink.
Green Room
Twin. Balcony looking out to sea. You can put the beds together if you wish. Plenty of cupboard space
Pink room
Double. Looks out onto back garden. Can be quieter than the other side in high season.
Hallway restored Lockdown 2020
200 years of paint painstakingly removed and the hall woodwork and walls restored to their best.
Bathroom
Huge Victorian bath New Loo. refurbished in 2013. sink towel-rail
Dormitory
Sleeps 4. New decor Nov 15. Overlooks beach on all sides. A great room for the kids to pile into.

Lovely room as it gets sunrise and sunset. the new mattresses (2017) can now zip together to make a super king if needed

Back bedroom has a lovely new white stained floor and new all natural mattresses
Polzeath House Back bedroom
Sleeps 3. 2 Beds can be zipped together to make a super king. This bedroom is quiet and sunny and the rabbits play on the lawn behind to the sound of the sea
